At Kout Food Group, we strive to understand the satisfaction level of our Team Members. On-going feedback on how our employees feel about their work environment, training, line managers, and development takes place to determine a score for their overall satisfaction.
Such feedback is used to make the necessary changes needed to enhance our service to our Team Members, who will in turn be able to provide the "Total Customer Experience" for our customers.

- Various Health & Wellness initiatives and Educational programs take place to support the Well-being of our Team Members: Blood Pressure and Diabetes screening, Sponsorship of "The Biggest Weight Loser" contest & Year-round Sports activities (Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, and Bowling Tournaments). In addition to the above and tapping into our individual Team Members' passion and talents, a "KFG Got Talent" show takes place.
